My reports are compliant with CPR Part 35 in England and Wales and in compliance with the Expert Witness Code of Practice as published by the Law Society of Scotland.

I am typically asked to comment on:
- The Claimant’s capacity for work, and the potential trajectory of their career and earnings but for the index injury/event.
- The Claimant’s capacity for work, and the potential trajectory of their career and earnings now.
In addition, as an Expert with a background in rehabilitation, I am frequently asked to comment on any measures that would help Claimants to return to work, the availability of suitable jobs and the labour market situation in their location, and whether they can engage in a meaningful job safely and sustainably etc.
