I provide independent and impartial Employment Reports for the Court.
I have prepared reports for the Court in the jurisdictions of England and Wales, Scotland, Ireland and Jersey. I have also been instructed to prepare Expert Reports to assist Courts in Australia, Canada and the Bahamas.

MY APPROACH:
I use a functional approach to comment on a Claimant's capacity for work and earnings potential. Matching a person's known, reported and objectively evaluated functional abilities and limitations to the functional demands of specific jobs enables me to identify suitable occupations.
This functional approach forms the core of my argument about the types of work a Claimant can and cannot do. In turn, this approach will enable me to present an evidence-based opinion about the Claimant's earning potential based on their capacity for work.

I am a Matheson Certified Work Capacity Evaluator (CWCE). I attended training courses and certification programmes with Matheson Education and Training Solutions, LLC in the United States.
I have more than twenty years of experience providing vocational rehabilitation services and, from 2016, preparing Expert reports. I hold a Cardiff University Bond Solon Civil Expert certificate, enhanced by Masterclass in Report Writing training.
I have attended the advanced training courses for functional evaluators in the USA and Canada and I am also trained to administer cognitive testing.
I am an Associate Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and I can be found on their Expert Witness register.
I accept instructions from Claimants and Defendants, on single and joint basis. I have conducted assessments related to personal injury, family law and medical negligence cases.
