I provide professional vocational services for the legal profession and injury insurers.
My reports are evidence-based and offer an expert opinion on issues related to pre and post-injury vocational and occupational matters:
Employent and Earnings
Capacity for work
Functional abilities and limitations
I use a functional approach to comment on Claimants' capacity for work and earnings potential.
Matching a person's known, reported and objectively evaluated functional abilities and limitations to the functional demands of specific jobs enables me to identify suitable occupations.
This functional approach forms the core of my argument about what type of work the Claimant can and cannot do.
In turn, this approach will enable me to present an evidence-based opinion about the Claimant's earning potential based on their capacity for work.
